FEES

New Consults: $600.
Follow-up encounters: $300.
Computer, telephone or e-mail responses: $100 per/15 minute interval and $400 per hour.

PAYMENTS

- When interviews are by phone or via visual computer internet systems, Credit Cards will be the sole payment method.
- Interaction by e-mail is solely billed by credit card based on time, as above.
- At the time of in-person encounters, clients are billed by Credit Card or cash at the above rate.
- Documentation of charges is available for presentation to insurance companies for reimbursement.
